By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you, so please be sure to read them carefully before using the App.

You are expressly prohibited from modifying the App or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the application, nor may you attempt to translate the application into other languages or make derivative versions.

The service stores and processes the data you provide to us, in order to provide our service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the application secure.

In respect of our responsibility for your use of the app, it is important for you to note that, while we endeavor to ensure that it is up to date and working properly at all times, we rely on third party services to provide us with information so that we can make it available to you. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this app.

The app is currently available on iOS. The system requirements of the system, and any additional systems to which we decide to extend the availability of the app, may change, and you will need to download updates if you want to continue to use it. We cannot update the app to make it relevant to you and/or work with the version of iOS you have installed on your device.

In the event that we decide to remove the app from the app store, we may do so at any time without notice to you and, unless we tell you otherwise, the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will terminate; you must stop using the app and (if necessary) remove it from your device.
